How we got here

How We Ended Up Doing Windows in Fishers

Fishers is an unusual place to run a window company, because the housing stock arrived almost all at once. The city went from a few thousand people in the early eighties to close to a hundred thousand, and the great majority of the homes here were framed between roughly 1988 and 2008. That means an entire city installed its original insulated units inside the same twenty-year window, and those units are now hitting seal-failure age together. Street after street produces the same short list of complaints: hazed panes, a cold line along the sill in January, a sash that will not stay up, a patio door that needs a shoulder.

The relationship with the area is practical rather than sentimental. We know a Sunblest two-story from 1994 behaves differently than a 2006 build out toward Geist, and that the older houses around the Nickel Plate District bring wood sash and lead-safe requirements the subdivisions do not. Working a compact area means the same crews see the same construction repeatedly, which shows up as fewer surprises at the measure and shorter days on site.

What the company stands for is easy to say and harder to practise. Measure in person. Quote in writing, itemized, before leaving. Recommend the smaller job when the smaller job is correct. Seal every opening the same way whether it is the front picture window or the bathroom. Hand over both warranties and explain what they do not cover.

Our standard

What We Are Trying to Do Here

The aim is that a homeowner finishes the measure appointment knowing exactly what is wrong, exactly what each fix costs and exactly what we would do if it were our own house. No pressure to sign that day, no price that expires at the door, and no recommendation shaped by which option pays better.

Past the quote, the goal is installation quality that does not depend on being watched. The flashing sequence, the perimeter insulation, the shimming, the sealant on both faces — all of it happens whether or not anyone is looking, because that is what decides whether the window is still performing after fifteen Indiana winters.

Why people book us

Six Reasons People Book With Us

01

The honest scope

When a fogged unit sits in a sound frame we quote the glass, not the window. Smaller ticket, right answer, and telling you so is worth more than the difference.

02

Flat pricing that survives the project

The itemized number handed over at the measure is the number on the invoice. Concealed rot found during removal is the one named exception, and it comes with photographs and a price before any extra work begins.

03

Installation detail as the actual product

Shim square, foam the perimeter, flash into the weather barrier in the correct order, seal both faces. That sequence outperforms any upgrade on the options list.

04

Built for zone 5

Subzero wind chill, humid summers and constant freeze-thaw set the specification here. U-factor, spacers and hardware finishes are chosen for that rather than a national default.

05

Our own crews

The people who install are employees: licensed, insured, covered by workers' compensation and background-checked. Your address does not get handed to whichever sub was free.

06

Paperwork handled

City of Fishers permits and the architectural-review documentation Hamilton County HOA boards ask for are prepared by us.
